Recognize the Phishing Tactics
COD Verification Scam
Fraudsters may call pretending to be Dhanvantari agents, requesting you to pay a partial amount online via UPI (e.g. ₹50 or ₹100) to 'activate' or 'verify' your Cash-on-Delivery order. We never request advanced payments for COD orders.
Fake Support Numbers
Unofficial search results might display false customer care numbers. Only call the verified toll-free number listed on our official website footer (+91 1800-208-1999). Unofficial support calls often request OTPs or bank logins.
Lucky Draw & Lottery Offers
Beware of WhatsApp messages or SMS alerts claiming you won a car, cash prize, or coupon associated with Dhanvantari. We do not participate in randomized cash lottery programs. All official store coupon announcements are published on our active dashboard.
